Getting error when trying to use online backup

I keep getting a user name or password incorrect error http://kb.acronis.com/errorcode/
Event code: 0x00640323+0x00640904+0x00E4003D+0x009805E1+0x0098032F

Although I am logged in and have a full registered copy of True image 2013. It even states that my online backup trial is good until Nov 2 2012.

I have tried logging out and back in also get an error when I open the application every time it says registration server is unavailable try again later.

Also getting synchronization failed yet the folder is there and when I resync it says successful then few minutes later another failed.

I have Windows 7 OS home edition running 64 bit
