Getting (Invalid) Block Errors with TIH 2010

When I take a file backup (using TIH 2010 build 7160) of the files on my C Drive, I get block read errors in a file on Windows/Syswow64. ( I am running Vista 64bit). It has happened 3 times now. I do not want to ignore as not sure if it is ignoring the file or not. I ran a full disk backup of my C drive yesterday with no errors. When I restore the file from an older backup, to a different partition and compare they compare just fine. Also the file can be copied with Explorer and other file programs. It can be opened with a viewer.
So it appears that only TIH has a problem and not windows. I ran a full sector check last week.
Can anyone advise?
I have run the disk check tool.
