Getting message "file level CDP Mgr. service encountered problem

When Acronis starts with computer startup, if appears to begin then get message, "file level CDP Mgr. service encountered problem". Never happened before. Now cannot start program. Goes from started to paused. What can I do? Thanks

Have you tried running a repair install?

If you are running Windows 7, you could try setting the Service to delayed start as it might be clashing with another service starting at boot time.
