Hi,

A bit of a technical topic.

I have imaged my current drive which has Windows 8 on it (system disk). Windows 8 came with the computer and was formatted as GPT.

In order to be able to use TrueCrypt system encryption I need to change the boot system to MBR instead of GPT.

Is there a way to restore the image I made on day 1 but restoring with MBR instead of GPT boot system (I know I will also need to make some change in the BIOS/UEFI in order to make the MBR disk bootable).

That disk is less than 2 TB so can run on and boot on MBR.
