Grey unresponsive screen trying to contact support or register products

Thread needs solution

When I try ti register my acronis true image 2015, I get a greyed out screen after entering my reg number and pressing enter. There is no way to do further input. All I can do is press esc or clock somewhere else on the screen. The same thing happens when I try to submit a request for tech support. I an logged into my account. Also, anyone been able to find any logs relating to backups?

What browser are you using?

Try either clearing the browser cache or see what happens if you use the Private Session option (if your browser has this option). I've checked in Maxthon and Firefox the private session works with the support pages.

I'm experiencing the same thing with MS Explorer 11.x and Firefox 32.x. It's not the client side.
