Had to do clean install of windows 8 and lost my old data.

Hello, I just transferred my old desktop to a new motherboard and hardware and could not get my 120GB ssd boot drive to boot to windows 10. I was forced to reinstall window 8 and am planing to jump back to 10 as quickly as possible and was wondering what my best options are to getting my music and applications back in a working matter. I made a backup of my whole desktop which includes a 120 GB ssd and a 2TB hard drive in C and D position respectively. My build is 6613
