Ben,
When the CD doesn't see a disk it is either because the disk is set up in a way that ATI doesn't support in software (for example you disk is a GPT disk, or is a dynamic disk), or because the linux drivers that ATI users don't support your disk controller.
On some motherboards, switching the SATA port might just solve it. For example, some motherboards feature an Intel controller and a third party controlle (Marvel, for example). Maybe 2012 supports one, but not the other.
Either way, your option is to upgrade to 2013, try again. If that doesn't work, buy also the Plus Pack and create a WinPE-based disk. This uses Windows drivers, and also allows you to inject drivers if WinPE doesn't support your specific hardware out of the box.
You could also try to buy an older version of 2012 with Plus Pack if you find it on the web somewhere.

Pat L,
thank you for your solution, the window 7 has successfully installed by using SATA3, now I am concerning whether Acronis 2012 is failed to support SATA3, and try to switch the SATA port, thanks again for your interpretation.!!~~
