Sorry, but you cannot use Clone to do what you are wanting to do.

By definition, a clone will produce an identical, sector for sector, copy of the source drive on the target drive and will wipe out anything that is already on that target drive in doing so.

The only method to do what you are asking is to create full disk backup images of both of your current disk drives, one backup of your 300GB drive, and a second backup of your 500GB drive.  These backups would need to be stored on a third drive.

If your computer system is still working well enough, you could connect your new 2TB replacement drive to the computer and start the restore process from within Windows using the ATIH GUI panels.

When restoring the backup of your Windows OS drive / partitions, you should select to NOT automatically resize the restored data to fit the new larger disk drive size.  This would then restore you first disk contents, including all partitions 'as is' to the new 2TB drive and leave you the unallocated drive space to be able to restore your second disk contents from the second backup image.

If your drives, in particular the Windows OS drive has already failed or is too unreliable to try the restore / recovery from within Windows, then you will need to boot from the Acronis bootable rescue media to do the recovery of the two backup images to the new 2TB drive (installed in the system).

Note: You must connect the new 2TB drive to the same connector / cables as the original, failing Windows OS boot drive.
