HELP to Recover Windows 7

Thread needs solution

Hi,

Hope someone can help

I Purchased True Image 2013 a few months ago as I Required software to make regular backups, and also to be able to recover if Hard Drive Failed.

mt first experience using the software was to make a backup of my complete c: drive (windows 7) This was on a Raid 0, 2x 320gb to a single Drive 1x 1TB. The recovery was done via a bootable usb, and the process was very simple and everything worked as it should.

now few months have went past, I have an external usb drive connected to my pc where I have made a complete back up via True image in windows, with incremental backups everyday. in my system at present were 2x 128 gb SSD in raid 0. with approx 45% used capacity.

today my ssd failed, I took out the failed drive and left the other drive in its place. I created a usb bootable a few days ago via windows. as I was having issues with the drive. I started the usb Recovery wizard, the whole software has changed. it is not as simple as selecting a backup file then the source to which it needs to be transfered to as I had done few months back.

can someone plese help, and is there different verions of the recovery wizard for usb.

I'm sorry I don't quite follow nothing in the GUI has changed since 2013 was released, so I'm not sure how your recovery environment now looks different to how it was the first time you used it.

Did you the first time perform the recovery from within Windows, and this is the first time you have used the bootable media?

Could you explain exactly what you see, because it should eb as simple as you being able to see a set of source files and a disk to recover to.
