HELP - Trojan modified header of backupfile - True Image Hame 2009 file

Thread needs solution

Hello,

first of all I want to excuse my bad english. ;-)

On the computer is running Win XP SP2 and Acronis True Image Home 2009.

One of my friends became an email with a trojan in a zip-file (BKA Trojaner 1.14). This trojan blocks the system use an its functions. That problem i have fixed. But the trojan also encrypted all files (documents, pictures,....) and named them randomly - for example 'ajsdnkaAkjndsfAdfFFgs'. It changes the header informations as well. Until now there is no solution for this encryption-algorithm.

My problem is: There is an backup-file on the harddrive. I renamed it (*.tib) but True Image cannot read it. Is it possible to reconstruct the header of the file, so I can use the backup???

Thanks!

As far as I know, there is no way to reconstruct the header or any other part of the file.
