Help.......stuck in a loop
So I installed this software when i bought a crucial mx200 SSD. Ran the software, selected the source drive, selected the destination drive, proceed, etc... Computer says it needs to reboot to start cloning. I click ok and it reboots, and goes to a blue screen with Operation Progress window and says preparing. Then it errors out and says Acronis is waiting on the removable disk. I click cancel to stop the current operation and my computer reboots and keeps booting to Acronis UEFI Loader every time. How do I stop this loop from happening. I want to boot windows so I can use a different cloning software. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Christopher,
Hard boot your machine and give it a few seconds to remain powered off. Power up and attempt to boot and see if it still does this or not. If it does, go into your bios after reboot (F2 usually), see if you can manually select the source disk and boot back into Windows (boot overrride is available from within many bios's - sometimes you have to press F12, Esc, Del, F1 or something else - depends on your system to get to the one time boot menu).
Let us know if that helps or not.

Just wanted to give more information to hopefully figure out a solution. So when i reboot acronis automatically boots up everytime, not Windows. I have a black screen and it says, "Starting Acronis UEFI Loader...", "Loading protected mode kernel...", "Loading Ramdisk...", "Press <e> to edit kernal command line", "Press <Enter> to confirm changes, <Esc> - to keep unchanged", "reboot=k product=bootagent quiet force_modules=usbhide". This is what i see after I press e to edit kernel command line. If I dont press e, a blue screen loads and then it goes to Operation Progress. At this point it errors out as the removable device is not responding. I will try to enter bios, but it doesnt appear to let me. Will update you on the results
