Help...with TI 2010....bring back TI 11!

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I've been happy with TI11 but needed to use TI2010 for W7.

In TI11, I could create a "backup location", and then configure a weekly or daily task to create a full or differential backup. Because I was using a backup location, I was given a TI generated filename which was in the format something like...

YYYY-MM-DD-HH24-MI-SS etc...

Each new differential would have the same name but with a number appended.
Each weekly full backup would have a date generated as the file name

In 2010, the backup locations feature seems to have disappeared, and the @date@ generates an illogical date.

Further, when exploring a backup, the dates of the files are all shown in some nasty format, e.g. Fri, May 30, 2010

When scheduling a backup, it uses AM/PM! What's wrong with the 24 hour clock?

My questions are:

1) How can I get sensible date, in my backup filenames?
2) How can I see a sensible date when exploring a backup
3) Is it possible to change the settings so that it is more European?

Thx
