High CPU usage by TI 2010

I bought today TI 2010.
I only starts it (do nothing esle) and its uses CPU of 50-90 % (Athlon AMD X2 5200).

Why that, normal idle cpu usage?????

the product is truly unusable. If it is in idle state the CPU usage is by 45%.
Only the open of the window increases the usage over 90%.
Any actions, as creation of a task, are soo slowly, I can't accept it.

I deinstalled and reinstalled TI 2010.
After Reinstall thw whole PC are sooo slow, I'm unable to work!

Under 4D36E967-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318 the values are:
UpperFilters tdrpmn258 PartMgr tdrpmn258

Under 71A27CDD-812A-11D0-BEC7-08002BE2092F the values are:
LowerFilters tdrpmn258
UpperFilters VolSnap timntr

It's stupid, but unimportant I goes back to TI 10.
