Not visible by acronis bootable. Is there any support for this ? Booting up just hands there after the selection screen of booting into full acronis and getting the acronis logo at the top, Does not go further. thanks

Thank you for finding time to open the thread and report about the issue, I will be glad to help you.

The issue could've occurred during the creation of the bootable media, so I'd advise you to recreate the bootable media: download it's latest updated version in ISO format from your account, then burn it onto the CD and check, whether the issue remain.

Should it be present, please gather Acronis Linux Report from the bootable CD, submit a case with the information attached, and let us know it's number.
