Home Edition 2013 and older - Rescue media, cannot see backup files on ftp server or windows server...

Hi,

I have come across a strange issue when booting from the rescue media and start browsing for backups.

No backup files appears to be available when I select my backup directory (file filter set to *.tib or *.*). I have tried using a ftp connection or simply referring to the directory and file using a UNC path, e.g. \\MYPC\MyBackups\*.tib

I do get prompted for user credentials and the "test connection" is successful. However, no tib files are listed in the browse dialog?

Also, I can use Acronis directly from Windows and browse/select the backup file, but subsequent to rebooting Acronis fails to locate the tib file previously selected (Acronis Home 2011).

Any help on this is much appreciated.
