I purchased Acronis 2011 to be able to take a disk image of my windows 7 laptop from a USB pen.

Tried several of the non usb parameters on boot and tried a bootable CD, all have the same fault.

When I boot from the usb pen and select acronis image for the boot I get a blank screen on boot.
I have even tried creating a boot disk from disk director which I purchased by accident. This works fine so I have copied the home image files onto this and still get the smae fault.

As a last resort I tried booting on my SAMSUNG netbook and it worked! So is it my toshiba satallite 350 laptop at fault or is it the fact that software does not like my solid state hard disk. I can boot using a acronis 2009 disk no problems. Any help would be great or a refund would be even better as this software does not work ;oP
