How combine two accounts

Thread needs solution

I couldn't find serial information from 2010 True Image to my current 2013. Now I find that I had created two different accounts. Can anyone tell me how I can combine them. I'm not finding anything in the Knowledgebase. Thanks

You would need to contact Acronis Customer support to have them correct/change this for you.

In step 1 - on the left hand side pull down menu, select Customer Care, on the right hand side pull down select Registration and Account Issues.
Skip step 2 and choose email or chat - your choice.
