How to configure file backup process to efficiently create zip files
The process worked. I unzipped the file and found music files in tree structure. Have a few questions; would appreciate advise on how to perform the process more efficiently. Questions:
1. Why was file assigned extension .tib.zip ?
2. It took hours to make the zip file. What determines the time to make a compressed zip folder, size 8GB.
3. On the flash drive, in addition to the Zip file there was a hex number, 1kb. What is that for?
Goal: Create a zip file on USB flash drive containing all music files on internal hard drive?
Configured the file backup process using Acronis TIH 20111, build 6942 running on notebook with Win 7. Followed instructions in User’s Guide, Update 3, Section. 3.4, Backup files and folders on page 43.
