How to create a recovery partition like HP which can be remotely used (no key pressing at boot time) :

Thread needs solution

Hello All

Am a first time user of this forum and this is a kind of pre-inquiry before buying the product. Please don't mind if am repeating an old question.

My company provides systems with a combination of addition hardwares and softwares (currently using windows XP SP-3 and planning to use Windows-7) to customers. Mostly our systems are remotely managed by log-me-in or team viewer. Some times systems crash or we want to clone them. Currently we are using Acronis-9 to create clones from the master disk. It involves manual intervention (like CD insertion, pressing keys at system boot, etc). We cannot access the system before it boots (because we can access systems only by internet (log-me-in or team viewer)).

By using Acronis-12 or any similar software can we create a hidden recovery partition (so that no one can format or access it by mistake) with a menu so that we remotely select a recovery option and the system recovers (gets re-cloned) and every thing is done automatically (may reboot several times but manual intervention is not required) ?

Please suggest. If this feature is possible and what is the best way to achieve it.
