How do I download bootable media?

Thread needs solution

I have read that you can download a bootable iso from your account (I am having the no keyboard, no mouse problem from my created rescue disk). However, when I go to my account and look at my 2 registered products as per the instructions on this site, I see no "bootable media" tab. Just a tab for upgrade and support.
Anyone know why this is, or if there is another way to obtain?
I have a registered copy of ATIH 8.

Thanks

Ver 8 is a really old version and is no longer supported ... maybe they only provide the ISO to those with the latest ver. 2010. That would be my guess.

Unfortunately, the ATI-8 is a 2005 issue. There are no updates for that. You could download the trial version of the current 2010 home and see if the current version sees your hardware. If it does, then you could consider purchasing the current issue.

Hello JJB13,

I understand the question and will do everything possible from my side to solve the issue.

The ISO images from your account are available only starting from Acronis True Image Home 2009. I sent you a special ISO image of Acronis bootable disc based on ISOLinux loader via PM, this ISO has better hardware support than usual one and it will certainly solve the issue you experience.

In case the issue persists I may recommend you to download free trial version of Acronis True Image Home 2010 and test it. If the issue is not reproduced you can purchase an upgrade just for $29.99 using our online store.

Let me know if you need further assistance.

Thank you.
