how do i get True Image backup new files or folders without specifying the entire partition to be backed up?

i want to setup a job whereby i backup everything in a folder including any new files or folders that might be created at a later date. as far as i understand, i can only specify what to backup at the time of job creation. is there a way to do this?

If you select a folder to be backed up, all new files and folders within that folder will be backed up automatically. For example, if you select "Documents", all new files and folders that will add afterwards to this folder will be included in the backup. You don't have to edit the selection later to include them.
