How do I transfer my files over to my new SSD

I bought a SSD from Crucial and they included Acronis software. I ran the software and there are so many options I'm lost. I don't see how I can transfer my Win7 hard drive data over to my SSD without a cable? I do not have a cable. Do I now have to buy one?

What option do I select to use Acronis software to transfer my HD to my SSD?
