How do I transfer my licensed from old PC to new PC

I installed 2013 on laptop (it worked great) but due to other issues I had to rebuild my HD. Now when I install in TI I'm informed that "Too many activations", I click on the the link beside this message "Resolve problem". This opens a window with two options, I picked "Deactivate one of the previous installations" this takes me to http://www.acronis.com/activation/installations.html?niid=4T1a4Y8Y9IsRw… where I'm informed "Sorry, your request cannot be processed" and "Error. The administrator has been notified. Please try again later." I've been trying for a week and still get the same message. It appears that the Acronis administrator is not listening.

My old system build is not available, how do I get the install on my new build activated?

1. Check your firewall isn't preventing outgoing connections from 2013.

2. Contact Acronis support.

Having the same issue: replaced a hard drive on an existing PC for which we have an Acronis license. Won't let us image the new PC. I've been trying to contact support. Voicemail greeting for the phone number says to go online for support. When I log in the webpage says we don't have a support agreement, that it has expired. But my license certificate says it doesn't expire until 2015. Help please!
