How long do Acronis support take to respond to formal tickets (00871511) -is > 2days normal ?

Having recently purchased the TIH 2010 Netbook edition product I am entitled to 30 days support

Logged a formal request for support in respect of an issue I was experiencing with its functionality on Wednesday (8th).

Beyond the automated acknowledgement to my original request I have heard nothing. What turnaround time might I expect from Acronis support ? Support case is number 00871511

I think you should have heard something by now, unless they auto escalated your problem to an actual Acronis tech person.

Might be worth sending an email quoting the reference number - if no joy within 24 hours PM one of the moderators here with the case number.

Acronis Support Forum has a slightly different support policy. If I may quote the TOE section:

"Understand that Acronis only Moderates the forum and does not have a commitment for answering all questions posted on the forum.  If you are looking for certified Acronis Technical Support that you should submit a case by going to http://www.acronis.com/support/  and clicking on Start Here.  Otherwise use the forum with the understanding that it is a community effort."
