How to restore to certain date

Thread needs solution

I'm using True Home 10. Our office machine is set to back up every evening at 11 PM on weekdays. After 5 backups, it creates a new one and then creates incremental updates for five more days. On the 8th of the month we discover that a major mistake was made on the 6th, so we decide we want to restore our drive back to the 5th and start back over from there. How do we do this? Do we pick the backup that was made on the 5th? Or do we pick the first full backup made prior to the 5th and then choose the following incremental ones up to the 5th. Or will just choosing the one made on the 5th automatically go back and get everything prior.
I'm sure the proper procedure for this is described in detail on page x of Instruction Blah revision 16. It's just that I haven't seemed to be able to locate that particular instruction. Would someone be so kind as to explain to me how I can put my computer back to the way it was on day five?
Thank you!

Ben:

Pick the backup made on the 5th. The program will know what to do to recover to the 5th. It will do this by first restoring the closest full backup made prior to the 5th and then the rest of the incrementals up to and including the one made on the 5th.
