How to restore with RescueCD a full partition (and delete existing)?

On my computer there are two partitions C: and D:
C: holds the Win 7 system which gets somehow partially damaged and should be completely replaced by an older ATIH partition backup D:\backupv20141118.tib
Therefore I boot from ATIH 2015 RescueCD the computer.
I clicked on the left side on the tab "Recovery".
Then on the right side there is a button "Refresh backups" and "Browse for backup".
I miss a button "Restore partition from existing backup" or similar.
How can I tell ATIH 2015 RescueCD to completely remove (even format ?) partition C:
and restore the full content from D:\backupv20141118.tib

BTW: What means refresh backup? What is refreshed: The backup *.tib file?
