How to restore a single file...

Thread needs solution

In the previous version the process of picking individual files to restore was very clear...but in the 2013 not so much..

I get to the point of the attached picture and don't see where I can select an individual file...I'm afraid to press the Recover now button because I don't want to restore my entire C: drive...

Needless to say the help file isn't helpful.

Can someone please provide me with some guidance? Thanks!!

Check out the many user guides and tutorials in the left margin of this forum, particularly Getting Started and Grover's True Image Guides which are illustrated with step-by-step screenshots.

If ATI2013 is installed on the PC, you could double-click the backup to open it in Windows Explorer, then copy selected files/folders from it to your drive.

Bob,

Right-click on the backup you wish to restore from and select "Recover Files". See attached image.
