How to tag incremental backup
I'm using 2011 version build 6696 . I don't find any where to tag the incremental backup with any comments. Am I not seeing something visible?

I raised it as a support ticket but they have all too simply ignored it.

After I raised two tickets with support, I got a reply in this forum for this question which I raised here before creating the ticket: http://forum.acronis.com/forum/21788 that it is due to a bug in Acronis.
While I got one automated reply from the support that I should see documentation at http://kb.acronis.com/content/13456.
That's for the first query. Does this link also contain answer for my second support ticket? How to tag my incremental backup with a comment line? I've tried to search this in the long pdf user manual, but I couldn't find my answer. However it has been replied by some gentleman Seekforever- "...this is another idiotic design flaw in the 2011 interface."
Out of two tickets, one was silently closed, and never mentioned to me as if I never created it. I even raised this complaint, but that too was ignored and never replied.
I'm not looking for any reply for these. I just wanted to clarify this before I posted a new query from me.
