How to validate a nonstop backup?
How does one validate a nonstop backup?
Clicking on the cog of the MSB does not give a validate option (see acronis1.jpg) whereas it does for a standard backup (see acronis2.jpg).
Clicking the double cogs on the menu bar shows a "validate all backups options" (see acronis3.jpg) but selecting that brings up an error (see acronis4.jpg).
Anyone have any info on this?

Hello Hairy Scot,
backups created with Nonstop Backup or stored in the Online Storage cannot be validated.
So the error message you receive is most likely related to your partitions backup.
Please check if it can be correctly validated if you choose validation option clicking on the partitions backup directly (like in screenshot 2).

Hi Anna,
The message did in fact appear when I tried to validate my partitions backup but I have no idea why.
I thought it may have been that my removable drive was disconnected, but that brings up a different message. "Cannot find version 1".
To be on the safe side I created a new backup which validated OK.
