HP Backup and KB1691

Thread needs solution

Quoting:

Any resolution to this in sight? I have used TI for system backups for years, and I would hate to switch now I have a Pavilion dv7-2170us.

Have you uninstall HP Backup & Recovery Manager as described in Hewlett-Packard Knowledge Base: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/fastFaqLiteDocument?lc=en&cc=us&dlc=…
