Do you have anything like Exchange or SQL server on the Server that might be transacting whilst you make the image?

Have you run a chckdsk/ r on the Server disks?

No, it's a MS Server2003R2 Enterprise x64 Eng without Exchange or SQL Server. This error came out on two different RDX 500GB cartridges. a cartridges was never used before.

Hello Alessandro,

Thank you for using Acronis Products

Acronis does not recommend creating the Acronis Secure Zone on a detachable drive. If you activate Acronis Startup Recovery Manager and then for some reason disconnect the drive Acronis Secure Zone resides on, your computer may boot with a long delay or not boot at all. You will need to either reconnect the drive with the Acronis Secure Zone or fix the master boot record (MBR).

Have you tried to check disks for errors as bodgy suggested? Also as workaround you may create Acronis Secure Zone using Acronis bootable disc.
