I backup to my NAS. Any way to access my files online?

I have just bought a WD My Book LIVE Duo (2x3TB in RAID 1), but I don't like the WD software and transfer performance. ATIH 2012 though, is perfect in every ways!
Is there any way i can access my files online, from my laptop? (and maybe from my Android phone? (like the Live Duo offers) Do I need one more license for ATIH and install it my laptop?

WD's "WD 2go" let me access my NAS online, but that software can of course not handle the ATIH-files, and I can't see that ATIH offer any option to backup my files as they are? (ATIH seems to put every kind of backup into their native *.TIB,- and *.data-files)
