I had already installed it but it worked and I could not uninstall it, so I used a special program, youunistall or something like that, but after uninstalling, I realized why it did not work and I wanted to reinstall it, but once started windows installer crashes immediately tells me that the installation was finished before the end, what can I do?
I think I have damaged windows installer, because all Acronis products do this on my PC, for example, wanted to install the Disk Director and make the same mistake, how can I fix it? (I have Windows 7)

This looks more like the uninstaller that you used lef some traces of our software in the registry, and it prevents the products from installing. In order to find that traces and remove them we will need some additional information. Could you please gather the following?

  1. MSI log
  2. Windows System Information
