I can't recover from a nonstop backup in Acronis True Image 2015

Somehow I cannot recover from a nonstop backup. The nonstop backup makes a backup to my NAS. But when I choose the nonstop backup on the left side of the screen and then click on Recover Files on the bottom of the screen nothing happens. Can somebody explain me what a possible do wrong?
