Thread needs solution

hello,
i cannot install the product.
just before setup finished it rolls back all actions and reports an error
stating something with prozessor architecture.
i have a dell desktop with an intel xeon prozessor if that helps.
pleas give me support.

Please post more info, processor info ie. what xeon processor? What OS are you using? What type and capacity of disk are you working with?

Have you ever had a previous version of True Image installed, including the trial version?

You could try emptying your User\temp folder, windows may not allow all the contents to be deleted. Press the Windows button + r then type in %user\temp%

Is this a home PC or one provided by an IT department?
