Greg, the fact that you are getting this email every 10 minutes suggest that one of your backup taks has hit a problem and is using the error handling options selected in your task configuration to retry the backup and failing, over and over.

The first recommendation is to use the Acronis Scheduler Manager to issue a task zap command and kill all active scheduled tasks, so that you stop the 10 minute emails.

Next, download a copy of the Log File Viewer app and use this to check which backup task was reporting an error / sending the emails.

Once you are able to identify the problem backup task, then I would suggest checking the Error Handling options, in particular, the delay time before any retry is attempted, increase this to be in hours rather than seconds or minutes.

You may need to perform a repair or reinstall of ATIH 2015 if the problem persists.
