Mehmet,
Have you made an Acronis Recovery CD? To restore a disk or partition that contains the operating system it is best to do this from the CD.
What failed, you didn't say. Did you get error messages, did it restore but not boot?
What OS are you using?
You say you created a disk/partition backup, exactly what type of image did you make, a complete disk or all partitions, there is a difference?

I have made an Acronis Recovery CD. I' m using win8
Uploading a backup, but I got my computer does not turn on again.

Mehmet,
When you say 'my computer doesn't turn on again', what exactly do you mean?
Does the PC switch on and boot?
Does it get to the Windows 8 boot manager?
Do you get the W8 splash screen?
Did you make a partition or complete disk image?
If you have another PC, install True Image on it and then find the tib file you have made and try to mount it by using the True Image mount option. Do all your partitions appear as virtual drives?
Does the recovery CD boot your PC and are you able to see both your PC drives and the drive that has your backup image on it?
I appreciate writing in English may not be your main language, but the more information you can give the more we might be able to help you.

I want to turn on the computer not boot the system.
As I said earlier that I install the backup area is seen in 5 pieces. Note the system does not turn on the computer if I install them all in order of 5 units out of the area.
I finally ntfs c: I installed the track. then it opens up my computer.

Mehmet, we find your posts confusing. We need to understand what you're doing and what is failing. You need to answer Colin's questions and give clear information. Is English perhaps not your first language?

My first language is not English. I'm sorry I can not relate to my problem.
1 - I bought a new computer. (Samsung------ win8)
2 - acronis backup and I got my computer. I installed another operating system. I want to install again acronis backup failed. warned that "the system failed to initialize" gave a message like.
3 - 5 pieces in the backup area seen installing acronis backup.
1 - ntfs c:
2 - re windows ntfs tools
3 - fat32 system
4 - ntfs samsung_rec2
5 - fat32 samsung_rec
4 - acronis backup when I installed all of them located in the area of 5 units, the operating system does not start on my computer.
5 - only ntfs c: When I select the installation, the operating system opens.
acronis backup when I installed them, I want to open my computer. (I hope I explained my problem :) )

Did you install a second operating system, in addition to Win8, so a dual-boot system?
Or did you wipe out Win8 and install a different operating system as the only OS on that PC?
What operating system did you install?

Mehmet,
It looks like your backup contains the information you need for a succesful restore. Produce the Acronis recovery CD, or download the bootable ISO from your Acronis.com account and burn that ISO to a CD.
Boot your computer on the CD, choose restore, whole disk and partitions. Select your backup and check the box at the disk level (all items in the backup will be selected), then select the target disk.
Make sure the BIOS of your computer is not set up to go to sleep automatically.
