I wanted online backup to work, but it didn't

Sorry Acronis. I use TIH2012 for local backups and it works just fine and I like it. I thought I'd try online backup, but after four failed attempts I give up.

First backup failed because of a "decompression error".
Second backup failed for no obvious reason and wouldn't restart.
Third back up suddenly stopped and everything I'd already backed up disappeared from the server.
Fourth back started off ok, then the local application said the server wasn't responding, and the online tool said th server wasn't available.

I contacted support the first time, but three more failures and not one success is too much.

Seeing as I never once got my backup to work, and then I couldn't access what was there, you've killed any confidence I had.

I'm sure the product works fine for others, but for me this was a disaster, so I'm off try another solution.
