IBM 4690 restore issue

I am trying to restore an image on an IBM 4690 OS. The software recognizes the "TIB" file on my network drive but will not restore, I am using version 9 of TI.

Could you please clarify, what exactly happens when you're trying to recover the image? Do you see any errors? If yes, please provide me with the exact text.

Also, please let me know the build number of the product, which you can find in the Help -> About dialog (it should be a 3 or 4 digit number)?

Could you please provide me with the exact sequence of actions that lead to the issue you report, so that I can try to reproduce it?

What is the operating system you're trying to recover?
