Windows XP O/S

see attached screen shot

following steps taken, but problem still exists
1) refresh
2) delete temp files, refresh
3) delete .crt file, log back in, refresh

I'm not that technical - please help

The red cross mark that you see indicates that there we errors during the backup creation. In order to resolve the situation, we need to know what errors are in the log. Please gather Acronis Info and contact support directly with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number.
