Image Recovery Fails - Build 5560 - Absolutely desperate! :(

Hi all,

I cannot even articulate the amount of hardship that I will be if I cannot extract the data from this image. It would be absolutely devastating. If anyone is able to assist, I would be in extreme debt to you. Below is my environment:

Version of Acronis used for backup: Acronis True Image 2014 Build 5560
Version of Acronis used for verification: Acronis True Image HD 2014 Build 4515
OS of Backup System: Windows 7

Steps Used During Backup:

- Booted Acronis True Image 2014 Build 5560 from USB
- Performed image backup to CIFS share (successful)
- Performed archive verification using Acronis True Image HD 2014 Build 4515 (successful)
- Attempted recovery from both CIFS and local disk, fails with these errors:

When recovering in Desktop mode:
