I would like get a image from a server with Windows Server 2008 R2. Is it possible? How do it?

Acronis True Image Home 2012 doesn't support Server OS, for backing up Windows Server 2008 R2 you will need Acronis Backup and Recovery Server for Windows. You can find the demo version here (check this article for the information regarding trial limitations), as well as all the useful documentation here.
