Impossible to contact support

Thread needs solution

Today I tried to contact Acronis Support for canceling my AOB-product and getting my money back.
But I am unable to fill in a requestform or start Live Chht because I can't fill in the needed field "Product".
This is onlu one of my problems.
The rest:
- only 3gb in 20 days
- password will not be saved
- scheduled task won't save because of incorrect account
- after specifying what to backup nothing is selected
- unable to stop a job from the status-icon
- Hide = Alt+F4
- request timed out
- ssl errors
Basically the same issues all other people have over here. I have never seen such a malperforming software as this Acronis Online Backup. I think it's a SHAME!
