Impossible to install Acronis True Image HD 2015 software

Hello,

I've just bought a product that includes Acronis True Image HD 2015 software. Il followed the instruction for installation and get the installation file downloaded on my computer. When I run this file, I get the following error message :

Configuration script cannot be found

Error code : ox40011

Tag : 0x9F6DF9D4AC3C1482

This windows shows for about half a second then disapears and nothing happens then.

My computer is running windows 7 SP1 with x64 and 6 Gb ram

Can anyone help ?
