Yes, you can set up a backup task to be full, incremental or differential. In any case, the first backup is a full backup, then depending on the case, the next backups are full, or incremental/differential based on the previous backups.

Set up your tasks for automatic cleanup so manual deletion of old backups not necessary.
One of these GH11,GH12 or GH13 is a good starting point except use your own numbers.

GH11. Create Custom Full Backup Scheme....Store/Keep 4 versions (chains). Use whatever number best fits the individual needs..

GH12. Create Custom Incremental Backup Scheme. ...Keep Full plus 6 Inc per chain. Store/Keep 4 chains. Use whatever number best fits your needs.

GH13. Create Custom Differential Backup Scheme. ...Keep Full plus 2 Diff per chain. Store/Keep 2 chains. Use whatever number best fits your needs.

Each task name should be no two alike, as well as its storage folder--no two alike.
