Incremental backup

I am new member this site.My is now available in the program "Acronis True Image 2011" I've just made a moment ago, this program first backup. When the computer turns the information, so how do I get the time to increase backup. My question is to get a backup of changed data, compared to the original.
What application is the Try & Decide? Still a little hard to understand this or that activity. The program has been in use for many year.Yesterday 2011 update this program on my computer.
