Incremental Backup to Cloud

Thread needs solution

Ran a full backup, which took a couple days of about 145 gig on a Mac running Yosemite 10.10.1.

Set schedule to run the incremental backups each day in the evening last night assuming the small changes would not take long at all.
Came into the office this morning and the product was running a full backup once again - not an incremental.
Person on Chat could not figure out my problem and my online session over phone and control of Mac lasted 30 minutes and then we were disconnected.

Anyone having this issue under Yosemite to the Cloud ?
