Incremental File Copy Backup?

Hey guys,

I'm new to Acronis True Image (only downloaded today) so I aplogise in advance if this question is answered somewhere.

I'm backing up to a Negear ReadyNAS which gives me access to my files over the web or via an iPhone app - remote access to my files is very important to me.

I have scheduled a backup job to incrementally backup my entire PC every Friday night. This is a pretty standard back up that I'll only use if I have a disaster.

I also want to incrementally back up my Documents folder to a different directory (the default shared Documents share). I'd like my documents to be accessible via the ReadyNAS iPhone app so I don't want them zipped or compressed in any way, I'm basically looking for a direct copy - but only copying what has changed since the week before.

Is this something Acronis can do? If so, how do I configure it in that way?
