I am using the 2012 version. And just Up-Graded to a new Win 7 computer from a 12 year old XP machine.

Not wanting to drag over old corrupted stuff and different OS anyway. I made a folder on the new computer called "OLD DELL DRIVE" and copied well the old drive using Acronis backup file from the old computer into there. So it is thast "Odd" format and anything malicious should not be able to run there.

Now as I do pull stuff off that old drive, Pictures, documents, etc. all is working well.

BUT........

the old file is still there, I have not been able to find a way to delete it from the old drive.

Is there a way to say I pull a photo from the old drive, and it is now on the new drive in it's original format. Is there a way to delete that old picture from the old drive archive?
