Install errors and Launcher dissapear from W0MN

I suddenly had error trying to install 2015 Home. I was having problems with the disappearance of laun cjer.exe. I removed and reinstalled and during install it gave an error trying to use something in VC80 which is part of the VC++ distributable. I have other VC programs so do not know why this happened.

In any case, I ran system file checker and now it installs and sos far it runs.

I will have to keep a careful eye on this because it caused me many hours of problems and even required a restore of a backup which I had ot start with the boot disk.

It started after many many weeksw of running correctly but I did notice that my backup media was nearly full. I am not sure cleanup works too well.

I deleted my older backups and set up to not run as a scheduled and hopefully this will fix things although obviously schedule and or non stop would be much safer, IF IT WORKEWD all of the time :-)
